Furthermore, Maxim’s team of clinical managers will continually supervise and evaluate your case to ensure complete satisfaction.

We ensure our homecare service is provided for the entire time it is needed and require that our care representatives are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, so assistance is always at your finger tips.

Implementation of clinical care plan

Maxim is a North Carolina state approved provider offering services to individuals with mental retardation/developmental disabilities and mental health related issues.

Maxim approved services for the CAP-MR/DD program include:

Home and Community Supports: instructions and assistance coupled with supports, supervision, and engaging participation to enable the consumer acquire and maintain skill that will allow him/her to function with greater independence in the community.
Personal Care/Enhanced Personal Care: supports, supervision, and engaging participation with eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and other activities of daily living. Specialized nursing, services available with Enhanced and Nursing Based levels.
Respite/Enhanced Respite/Non-Institutional Nursing Based: Provide relief for family or primary caregiver. Specialized nursing services available with Enhanced and Nursing Based levels.
Supported Employment: includes activities needed to sustain paid work including supervision and training.
Home Supports: support services designed to meet the habilitation and personal care needs of adult participants (18 years or older) who choose to live with and receive supports from their family.
Developmental Therapy: Developmental disability service that includes individually designed instruction, training, or functional developmental interventions activities designed to support the individual in the acquisition of skills.
Personal Assistance: assistance given so the consumer can engage in activities and interactions from which he/she would otherwise be limited or excluded because of disability/disabilities.
