PRIVATE DUTY NURSING (PDN)
PDN is medically necessary, substantial, and complex nursing services by a licensed nurse (RN or LPN). It is for Medicaid clients who live in a private residence.

PERSONAL CARE SERVICES (PCS)
PCS is for clients who, due to a medical condition, need help with such daily activities as bathing, toileting, monitoring vital signs and housekeeping/home management tasks that are essential, although secondary to the personal care tasks.

COMMUNITY ALTERNATIVES PROGRAM (CAP)

CAP-DA (Disabled Adults)
CAP-C (Children)
CAP-MR/DD (Mentally Retarded / Developmentally Disabled)
